Installing

  1. Open Kumiko.dmg and drag Kumiko to Applications.
  2. Open Kumiko. It asks for Accessibility permission, which is what lets it move windows. Turn it on in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility.
  3. Paste the licence key from your receipt email. Kumiko unlocks on this Mac (a licence covers 2).
  4. Hold ⌃⌥ and press an arrow to snap your first window, or press ⌥ Space and say what you're working on.

What it needs

  • macOS 14 Sonoma or later. The free on-device AI needs macOS 26 with Apple Intelligence.
  • Accessibility permission. Kumiko asks before it reads browser tabs, and only asks for Calendar if you use Focus routines. It never needs screen recording.
  • An internet connection once a day for the licence check. It keeps working for 30 days offline.
