The licence
A Kumiko licence is a one-time purchase that lets you use Kumiko on up to 2 Macs at a time. It is for you; please don't share or resell the key. You can move it between your Macs from Settings › General.
Kumiko AI
Kumiko AI is an optional subscription (€4 a month or €36 a year) that powers the command bar through Kumiko's server. It includes 1,500 requests a month. You can cancel any time from the account page; it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Launch buyers get the first month free.
Payments
Dodo Payments sells Kumiko as the merchant of record, so their terms also apply to the purchase, and they handle invoices and tax.
Refunds
If Kumiko isn't right for you, email hello@jahvix.com within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund. Your licence key stops working once the refund goes through. The same applies to a Kumiko AI payment.
What Kumiko does to your windows
Kumiko moves, hides and, when you ask it to, quits apps the normal way, so they still ask about unsaved work. It shows you a plan before it changes anything you asked for in words. Still, save your work: Kumiko is provided as it is, without warranties, and Jahvix's liability is limited to what you paid, as far as the law allows. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
